Planning Your Wedding

In a few simple steps you will have the wedding ceremony of your dreams.

		First, choose the wedding package that best fits your style and budget.
		Submit a completed request form (name, contact information, time, date and location are important).
		Upon receipt of request form My California Beach Wedding will verify the date and location.
		Optional, meet with wedding coordinator and view the wedding location.
		Next, submit deposit (50% of cost of wedding package including a la carte items) or payment in full.
		Then My California Beach Wedding will acquire all wedding vendors and supplies for your wedding.

Please Note: The couple is required to obtain the wedding location permit and any liability insurance (if applicable).

Beach Wedding Locations

Location, location, location...choosing the best beach wedding location for your wedding ceremony is very important.
When selecting a beach wedding location keep in mind the number of people the location will hold. The perfect
wedding location will set the mood for your wedding ceremony. Therefore, we have added a number of romantic
wedding locations to our list and with detailed descriptions. Our list of wedding locations consist romantic wedding
locations in Los Angeles County: Santa Monica Beach, Long Beach and Newport Beach.

Beach locations tend to get busy as the day goes on. We understand how important it is for you to have a romantic
and memorable wedding without interruptions. Therefore, we hold most weddings in the morning from 9:00am to no
later than 11:30am and from 4:00pm to no later than 4:30pm in the late afternoon at most beach wedding locations.
From May through August we schedule late afternoon weddings from 4:30pm to no later than 5:30pm in the evening.

Ocean View Wedding Locations

Choosing the best ocean view wedding location for your wedding is very important. When selecting a wedding
location be mindful of the number of people the location will accommodate. The perfect wedding location sets the
mood for your wedding ceremony. Therefore, we have added a number of romantic ocean view wedding locations to
our list and with detailed descriptions. We believe in keeping our list as diverse as possible and we are constantly
looking into new wedding locations to add our list. Our list of ocean view wedding locations includes romantic
wedding locations in Orange County: Dana Point and San Clemente.

Ocean view locations tend to get busy as the day goes on. In understanding how important it is for you to have a
romantic and memorable wedding ceremony without interruptions. We schedule most weddings in the morning from
9:00am to 11:30am at most of these ocean view wedding locations. We also schedule late afternoon wedding
ceremonies from 4:00pm to 4:30pm. From May to August late afternoon wedding ceremonies are scheduled as late
as 5:30pm.

The Best Time of Year for Your Wedding Ceremony

The best time of the year to schedule a wedding is from June through early October. However, mid-April through May,
which falls after the rainy season, is also a good time of year. The temperature is either pleasantly warm or a little
cool. Please note that we do not schedule wedding ceremonies for Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day
weekend or Labor Day weekend.

The best time of the day for a ceremony is in the morning or in the late afternoon depending on the location. Wedding
ceremonies scheduled for the morning (9:00am – 11:30am) are best because there will be fewer people on the
beach or at the park, which will allow for a more intimate atmosphere and pleasant temperatures. Wedding
ceremonies scheduled for the late afternoon (after 3:30pm) will also allow for an intimate atmosphere and pleasant
temperatures. Scheduling a ceremony for the afternoon (12pm – 3:30pm) is not recommended. The beaches and
parks tend to be crowded in the afternoon and the temperature can be rather uncomfortable for those in full attire.

The most popular days for a wedding are Saturday, Sunday and then Friday, in that order. Saturday always fills up fast.
As for Monday -Thursday, there is also less competition for dates and locations and fewer people at the parks and
